Planning between my AS video and the A2 video was very different, but had some similarities.
Firstly, both of them required us to make a Pitch and present it, however, the pitch for A2 was much more detailed about what we expect to see in the video, specifically with the Animatic.
This Animatic really helped me and my group, and also the others in the class to see a visual of what the video would include and end up like. In AS we sort of made it up as we went along and didn't really have set shots, so it was nice to be fully on track and have a clear image.
with such an in-depth approach to planning I think it's made the whole project a lot easier and we've been quicker to film what we need due to us knowing fully what we want to see in the video.
