A Look At a CD Jewel Case

Jewel cases are, and have been for many years now, the standard form of selling a CD. They are very solid but not the best way of having artful, colourful designs.

'Nimrod' by Green Day
The inside of the album continues the theme of scrawled lowercase writing and the black and yellow art scheme

Inside the booklet the theme is continued with the Green Day and Nimrod logos, but there is also a picture of the band themselves, taking up an entire page.

'OK Computer' by Radiohead - AKA The Greatest Thing Ever

The white and blue theme continues with a blueprint of a London Underground station. There is red and black writing plastered across it, making it stand out very nicely.

The disc is very plain, which is very odd, but there is a Radiohead logo which makes the disc familiar, and means you won't just throw it out thinking it's empty.
The inside of the booklet is once again blue and white, but continues the theme of stars which is shown on the back of the jewel case itself, showing a lot of synergy and a recurring theme for the album.
